Abstract | This project attempted to identify environmental factors responsible for genotype-by-environment (GXE) interaction by monitoring environmental parameters and relating these to growth responses of test clones. It also sought to identify a set of probe genotypes to use in clonal assessment trials to assist in the assessment of the performance of test clones when presented with specific environmental challenges. |
