AbstractThis document provides the results of a four year benchmarking project in the Queensland sugar industry. In particular, it highlights the results of data collected from growers in four main regions of Queensland - the Herbert, Burdekin, Bundaberg and Maryborough - over the period 1992/93 to 1995/96. A total of 472 business years of data were collected for this period, however most growers provided 5 years of data in the first year so that at the end of the project they could review their business performance over a 9 year period.
