AbstractThis report documents the evaluation of the Sugar Industry FMS project funded by the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry under the Pathways to Industry Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Programme (Pathways Programme). The aim of the program is to develop and implement EMS and other environmental assurance approaches to achieve adoption of profitable and sustainable farming practices, improve natural resource management and environmental outcomes, and provide an ability to demonstrate environmental stewardship to domestic and international markets.
